Terms of Service

In plain language: EasySecretary AI is in a supervised pilot and is not yet available for purchase. These terms cover demos, early access, and the proposed trial. Nothing here charges you, no plan is on sale, and checkout is not active.

1. The service

EasySecretary AI is a 24/7 AI receptionist and business assistant for small U.S. service businesses. It answers calls in English and Spanish, records requests, and creates follow-up tasks. It is currently in a supervised pilot with a single pilot business. It is not yet a multi-company service with automatic signup.

2. Pilot status — what is real and what is not

Verified in the pilot: bilingual call answering; requests saved as messages with follow-up tasks, pending confirmation; persistent records with duplicate protection. Not yet available: confirmed bookings, a connected calendar, SMS, human call transfers, a commercial multi-company dashboard, automatic signup, and billing. We describe planned features as plans, not as services you can use today.

3. Demos and early access

Booking a free demo or requesting early access costs nothing and commits you to nothing. A demo is a guided walkthrough using sample data, not a live product login. You are only registered after our server confirms your request; sending a request by email does not register you automatically. 4. Free trial (proposed, not yet bookable)

The proposed trial is 7 days or 30 minutes of calls, whichever comes first, under the conditions in our Trial Terms. The trial is not bookable yet: signup, company isolation, automatic minute control, suspension, and follow-up must be verified first. No trial converts to a paid plan without your valid consent.

5. Pricing and payment

Pricing has not been announced. No plan is on sale, checkout is not active, and no payment is taken through this website. We will never promise unlimited calls at a fixed price: every plan will include a minute allowance with consumption limits. Prices, included minutes, overages, numbers, limitations, and cancellation terms will be published once verified, before any purchase.

6. Your responsibility

You remain responsible for your prices, bookings, and promises to your customers. The assistant never invents a price or a promise beyond your rules, and your team confirms bookings. During the pilot, follow-up tasks stay pending confirmation until your team acts on them.

7. Acceptable use

Use the service only for lawful business purposes. Do not use it to mislead callers, impersonate another business, or send unlawful content. We may refuse or stop a demo, trial, or pilot for abuse, including multiple trials for the same business.

8. Availability and changes

The pilot has no service-level guarantee and may change as we test. We may update these terms and will update the date above when we do. The version published on this page is the current one.

9. Liability

The service is provided in its pilot state, without warranties beyond what the law requires. We are not liable for missed calls, bookings, or business outcomes during the pilot, demo, or trial periods.
