Privacy Policy
In plain language: EasySecretary AI is coming soon and is not yet a live service. Today, this website stores nothing in a database. When the early-access system is activated, the form will store only the fields listed below, only to send you launch updates, and only because you explicitly consented. You can delete your request or withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
1. What we collect today (before activation)
Nothing in a database. Early-access requests are sent by email only (mailto). If you write to us, we receive only what you put in that email. The website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking.
2. What we collect after activation (real form)
When the capture backend is activated, submitting the early-access form stores exactly one record with these fields, and nothing else:

We also keep short-lived rate-limit records (hashed IP + time) that are automatically deleted after one hour. They are never used to identify you.
We do not collect phone numbers, payment information, call recordings, transcripts, or any data about your business operations. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose other than launch communications.
3. Why we collect it
Only to email you about the EasySecretary AI launch, because you asked us to and explicitly consented. That is the only purpose.
4. How long we keep it
- Early-access records: until you withdraw consent or ask for deletion (see section 5).
- Rate-limit records: automatically deleted after one hour.
- Email requests (mailto path): kept in our mailbox only as long as needed to answer you.
5. Deletion and withdrawing consent
You can withdraw your consent or delete your early-access request at any time. Email support@easysecretaryai.com with the subject “Delete my early-access request.” We will delete your record from the early-access list and confirm by email. Withdrawing consent means you will no longer receive launch updates from us. If you originally contacted us by email, the same address handles your deletion request.
Rate-limit records need no request: they expire automatically within one hour.
6. Security
When activated, records are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database with server-side validation, a per-IP rate limit (5 submissions per hour), spam protection, and no raw IP storage. Secrets (if any) are stored in Cloudflare's secret manager, never in code. No system is perfectly secure, so we collect the minimum data needed for this single purpose.
7. Children
This website and the early-access list are intended for business owners and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
8. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update the date above. The version published on this page is the current one.
