Trial Terms

Status: proposed, not yet bookable. These are the conditions for the free trial we intend to offer. Trial requests will open only after signup, company isolation, automatic minute control, suspension, and follow-up are verified. Until then, the trial cannot be requested here — book a free demo instead.

1. What the trial is

A free trial of EasySecretary AI for one business: 7 days or 30 minutes of calls, whichever comes first. During the trial, the assistant answers calls in English and Spanish, records requests, and creates follow-up tasks. The trial does not include confirmed bookings, a connected calendar, SMS, or human call transfers.

2. Eligibility

One trial per verified business. We verify the business before activating a trial. Launch signups are supervised until consumption limits, registration, and billing are proven. We may refuse a trial for abuse, including multiple trials for the same business.

3. Strict minute limit

The 30-minute limit is enforced in the backend. Minutes are counted from trial calls handled by the assistant. There are no automatic overage charges: when the limit is reached, no additional trial minutes are granted automatically.

4. Alerts

You are warned as you approach the limit, so the end of the trial is never a surprise.

5. Controlled stop

When the 7 days end or the 30 minutes are consumed, whichever comes first, new trial calls stop in a controlled way. An active call is never interrupted by the limit.

6. No automatic payment

Nothing converts to a paid plan automatically. After the trial, you choose whether to pay for a plan once pricing is announced. No payment is taken without your valid consent, and checkout is not active during the trial period.

7. Demo before pilot

A brief demo is available before activating a real pilot, so you can see how a call becomes a message and a follow-up task before any trial starts.

8. No SMS

The trial does not activate SMS or 10DLC messaging. SMS is a separate, later step with its own registration.

9. Data

Trial call data (requests and follow-up tasks) is handled under our Privacy Policy. Lead capture for demos and early access requires your consent; you can withdraw consent or ask for deletion at any time by emailing support@easysecretaryai.com.

10. End of trial

When the trial ends, you may request a paid plan once plans and pricing are published, or simply stop. Your trial requests and tasks remain available to you as records of the trial, under the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes
